You are already ranked here
If you have sold in a suburb we cover, you are on that suburb's page, ranked by the published methodology: sales in the suburb, days on market, price achieved and reviews. Claiming your profile adds your reviews and sales and lets you correct our data. It never changes your rank. Nothing does except the data.
Pay only when the sale settles
Partner agents receive vendor enquiries from this site and pay a referral fee only when a referred sale settles.
- 20% of your gross selling commission, ex GST, invoiced 14 days after settlement.
- 15% if you connect your CRM. We see the settlement ourselves, so you are never chased for status updates, and you pay less.
- No subscription. No per-lead fee. No exclusivity. You accept or decline each enquiry.
- 12-month attribution: the fee applies to the referred property and any other property the same vendor lists with you within 12 months of the referral.
- The fee is paid by you, after you are paid. It cannot be passed on to the vendor.
For comparison, OpenAgent states that it charges 20 to 30 per cent of your commission plus GST (OpenAgent), and LocalAgentFinder charges 0.395 per cent of the sale price capped at $4,750 plus GST (LocalAgentFinder). We have no sponsored placements of any kind.
What you get
- Enquiries routed in minutes. A vendor who requests proposals is verified by SMS before anything is sent to you. You see the property, suburb and timeframe and accept or decline within the response window. Unanswered enquiries are rerouted, so the vendor is never left waiting on you.
- The partner label, disclosed honestly. Your card carries "Partner: pays a referral fee on settlement" in the same type size as your name. Vendors know what the relationship is, which is why they trust the ranking.
- Your data, corrected. Attach your sales, connect Google Business Profile, RateMyAgent and Facebook, and respond publicly to reviews.
- Badges and widgets. "Ranked number N in suburb, month year" badges and an embeddable reviews-and-rank widget, available to every claimed profile, partner or not. The badge reflects the published score only.
- Performance reporting. A monthly email showing your rank movement in each suburb and the inputs behind it, and a dashboard in the portal.
How claiming works
- Find your profile and confirm your email and mobile.
- We check your licence number against the state register.
- Review your sales and reviews; connect your sources.
- To receive enquiries, accept the referral agreement and the disclosure acknowledgement for each state you work in. Vendors' details are released only after that step.
Ten minutes. There is no cost to claim and no obligation to become a partner.
Agency-wide onboarding
Principals can onboard every agent in an office in one session, with the CRM connected through our middleware connectors (Agentbox, VaultRE and Rex at launch). A connected CRM unlocks the 15 per cent tier for the whole office. No exclusive suburbs, no ranking consideration, ever. Write to partners@greatrealestateagents.com.au.
State disclosures
Referral fees are a form of commission sharing, and the rules differ by state. In Victoria the Estate Agents Act 1980 requires you to give the vendor a commission sharing notice naming us before they sign the authority, and you must not pay the fee if that was not done; our system will not release a Victorian vendor's details until you have acknowledged this. The disclosure text for each state is in the portal and is shown to the vendor at the point of enquiry.
What we will never do
Sell your rank. Offer "featured" or "sponsored" placements. Remove a negative review because you asked. Share a vendor's details with you before they have consented to it. Change your position because you are, or are not, a partner.
